Service availability depends on origin, destination, parcel dimensions, weight, declared contents and requested timing. Pricing and acceptance are confirmed before collection.
Restricted or special consignments
Medicines, controlled substances, specimens, biological material, dangerous goods, aerosols, batteries, liquids, temperature-sensitive or high-value items are not accepted by default. They must be disclosed and may be carried only after Veridia confirms an appropriate service in writing.
The service boundary
A courier, not the seller.
Veridia transports consignments for clients; it does not own, market, sell or represent the products being carried.
The sender remains responsible for lawful contents, accurate declaration, suitable packaging, required permits or documentation and correct recipient information. A completed enquiry or account application is not a confirmed booking.
