Website terms.

Terms governing this website and its application and enquiry routes.

Clear boundaries protect every channel.

Last updated: 19 July 2026

1. Website owner

This website is operated by Veridia Medical (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2025/294884/07, South Africa. Contact: info@veridia.co.za or +27 65 754 8947.

2. Information, not a public shop

The website introduces Veridia's distribution channels and allows eligible parties to submit applications or enquiries. It is not a public retail pharmacy, online store, quotation, offer to sell or guarantee of product availability. No sale is concluded through submission of a website form.

3. Practitioner-restricted channel

Restricted portfolio access is considered only for medical doctors or dentists currently registered with the HPCSA and in good standing. Applicants authorise verification of registration and warrant that all procurement, prescribing, dispensing, storage, use, records, patient consent and regulatory duties will remain within their lawful professional scope.

Account approval does not remove product-specific requirements. A valid prescription or other documentation appropriate to the product and professional scope may be required for every order. Prescription-only products are not intended for public advertising, open retail, unauthorised resale or consumer self-selection.

Practitioner applicants must separately read and accept the Practitioner Account Terms, Disclaimer and Indemnity.

4. Premium trade channel

Fonteira and Dani D applications may be submitted by appropriate businesses without HPCSA registration. Veridia may assess location, channel, positioning, customer environment, existing portfolio and brand fit. Application does not grant approval, exclusivity, territorial rights, pricing, stock reservation or any right to represent a brand.

5. Application and account decisions

Information submitted must be accurate, current and supplied by a person authorised to act for the practitioner, entity or business. Veridia may verify information, request further records, decline an application, impose account conditions, suspend an account or refuse an order where eligibility, documentation, payment, conduct, regulatory concerns or portfolio fit are unsatisfactory.

6. Orders, payment and delivery

An order is accepted only when Veridia confirms it in writing and any required eligibility, documentation, payment and delivery conditions have been met. Practitioner accounts operate on Cash on Delivery terms unless Veridia expressly approves another arrangement in writing.

Orders are dispatched by courier to an approved delivery address. Customer collection and walk-in purchasing are not currently available. Delivery timing is an estimate and may be affected by stock, location, courier conditions, regulatory or documentation requirements, force majeure and other circumstances outside reasonable control.

7. No medical advice

Public website content is general business information and does not diagnose, prescribe, recommend patient-specific treatment or replace independent professional judgement. Patients or consumers should consult an appropriately registered healthcare practitioner.

8. Intellectual property and acceptable use

Unless otherwise stated, website design, text, graphics and Veridia branding are owned by or licensed to Veridia. They may not be copied, republished, altered, scraped, misrepresented or used to imply authorisation, endorsement or an account relationship without written permission.

9. Accuracy and liability

Veridia takes reasonable steps to keep public website information current but does not warrant that every page is error-free or continuously available. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Veridia is not liable for loss arising solely from reliance on general website information, unauthorised access, third-party links or interruption outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Privacy, changes and law

Personal information is handled as described in the privacy notice. Veridia may update these website terms by publishing a revised version. South African law applies, subject to any non-excludable rights and jurisdiction rules.
